Run at your pace to Crystal pier. Come back and pick up 6. Run at your pace to south end.  Come back and pick up 6. 

Mosey down to the sand. 

Run sub-5k pace in sand back to pier. Come back and pick up 6. Run sub-5k pace in sand to Blockade Runner. Come back and pick up 6.

Indian run back to Stone Street. 

Mosey to the flag.

Moleskin-  Yhc was picking on Shore for not having a fancy run watch, but we he started playing his praise music on the phone running down the beach I was soaking it in. Cabbage is going to be an F3 legend. You heard it hear first. There was a lot of mumblechatter on the first 2 miles. Not so much the second 2. Strong work today pax.  F3 is a special Thang.
