YHC had planned to have the workout at the park, but it was warmer than expected so we moseyed to the beach!

The Thang
Partner up for Catch-Me-If-You-Can to Johnny Mercer’s Pier.
Partner A runs backwards.
Partner B does 5 burpees and sprints to catch Partner A.
YHC encouraged the pax to stay close to the water while running, but head to higher ground for the Burpees to avoid tripping. To my knowledge we all made it to Johnny Mercer’s sans collisions.

BOMBS – Line up under the pier and stay with partner and combine to complete:
50 Burpees
100 Overhead Claps
150 Merkins
200 Big Boy Sit-ups
250 Squats
Partner A performs exercises.
Partner B runs to mound for lifeguard stand, performs 5 Carolina Dry Docks and runs back to relieve Partner A.
Pretty sure most pairs made it to the squats, but we weren’t able to finish due to time. Mosey back to the flag.

4 PAX (LETC, Trump and Ugly Stik) for an EC three mile mosey at a pace to allow LETC to keep his heart rate around 125 BPM. Still good enough for a 9:40 pace! My watch said my HR was at 167….mmm.

2 PAX are making a run at the Megalodon this week, Cabbage and Shore. Way to take up the challenge!
