“Mission of F3 is to Plant, Grow and Serve small workout groups for men, for the invigoration of male community leadership”
5 Core Principles of F3:
- Free of charge
- Open to all men
- Held outdoors, rain or shine, hot or cold
- Lead by men participating in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training necessary
- End in a Circle of Trust
“Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him”
- 1 minute stretch on your own.
- I decided we were going to do the Big Bear loop instead of going across Gordan road since we had some new faces to the AO, I did not want to get anyone more lost.
And were off, some faster than others.
Everyone was good at picking up the 6. All finish together and we had time left.
Line up in the parking lot in pairs and did a variation of sprint work.
Praise for 10 Counts daughter getting a nice scholarship to help with college and she is on a mission to get more. 10 Count and M should be proud of all she is doing, not only to help financially but making her a better young lady. TClaps
Prayers for our leaders, first responders and first line workers.
Well Geiger and Shakespeare somehow keep coming up behind the six until they ran out of secret paths, then the just circled back for the six, so needless to say I got to see them a lot. Chop Shop was able to circle back a couple times, his K9.0 had a make at least one needed stop. 10 Count is in the middle of the pack just plugging along even after a solo EC. Pumpkin Pie Chart was up there somewhere getting the work done, I am sure he was planning his VQ on Friday as he ran. Then we had the 3 PAX in a Pod, that was Buckeye, Streaker and FNG-Angler hanging together like they have know each other a while, comes to find out they work together. Goat, Rowdy, Munster and YHC stayed back to make sure no one fell behind. I think Goat knows everyone in Wilmington, come to find out he knew our FNG from years earlier. Munster, keep showing up and posting you are getting stronger, I remember your very first post.
During our run we were lucky not to get pulled over by the Coast Guard, with all the rain, I heard they have been patrolling the streets also.
As always its and honor and privilege to lead such a fine group of HIM.
