Da Thang:
Mosey to the Long Leaf Hills neighborhood for some a hill run. Start at the corner of LLH Drive and Windergreen Rd. Run down Wintergreen, across on Mockingbird, then up ParkWood and down Parkwood. Repeat on Ridgeway and Green Forest. Up Pinecone to the corner of LLH Drive. Time to pick-up the 6, which in today’s run was me and Skeeter, and head back to the AO.

COT: Prayers today for Gravity, his family and his father. Beater for encouragement as he emerges from this low place that he’s been experiencing. For each of our F3 brothers and their families.

We were blessed today to meet our new brother Lil Red. A strong HIM doing great things in our community. A strong runner and just all around good guy. Who, admittedly had not been around people much lately and might have enjoyed talking a lil bit. If you see him around ask him about his Black Men Running group or just ask him what race he’s training for next.
Glad to had the opportunity to talk to Beater. Dude’s been struggling but he has a good perspective and a great family and a lot of F3 brothers that have his back. The conversations you get to have running, the relationships built in the gloom. Who was cold???

Until next time,
Pixel Pusher
