Warm-o-rama: SSH x 20 IC, stretch OYO

The Thang: We ran down towards the fields and followed the outer band of trails around to Chancellor’s Walk where we sprinted between light poles and took turns sprinting around the pond. From there we sprinted 2 light pole lengths and then Moseyed until we got to the end of Chancellor’s Walk and we continued running until we came back to Lot M

COT: Strong work by all. No big announcements but I to was good to see everyone getting after it.
