WARM-O-RAMA: Seal Claps, Imperial Walkers, Mountain Climbers
THE THANG: Intervals! 2 minutes at mile pace, grab the Six and 1 minute rest; 1 minute at 800 pace, grab the Six and 1 minute rest; 30 seconds full sprint, grab the Six and 1 minute rest. Rinse and repeat to parking deck top deck. Partner up and flap jack exercises (Mountain Climbers, Freddie Mercury and Hello Polly) while one partner sprints lap around top deck. Resume intervals around campus to Sea Hawk statue then back to AO for cool down lap around M Lot.
