We did 5 Burpees OYO
Goofballs x 20 IC
Mountain climbers x 20 IC
Gravel Pickers x 18 IC

Walk over to curb in front of school
25 calf raises OYO….

25 calf raises OYO
The mumble chatter (or peer pressure) continued
25 calf raises OYO

The Thang 1
Mosey from CB Elementary to the boardwalk
11’s from one pergola (or Patagonia) to the next with Merkins and BBS

Once all PAX completed, we made our way to the beach.

The Thang 2
Indian run heading south. Stop to witness a bit of the sunrise and for some MUCHO CHESTO.

Circle up for a set of multiple Merkin variations.

Regular Merkins, Right arm forward, Left arm forward, and Diamond. We did 7 reps of each IC.

Circle up for a ring of fire. All PAX he Al Gore position, first PAX does 10 squats and then the next until all PAX have completed 10 squats.

Mosey back to boardwalk on the beach. From boardwalk, mosey back to the lake.

The Thang 3

We found a small parking lot on the right side of the lake, not yet impacted by goose and/or duck feces, and completed Heels to Heaven x 20.

We then moseyed to south end of lake, again finding a clear spot on the path, and completed Flutter Kicks x 20.

Then to the left side, Box Cutters x 20.

Finishing back at the north side, or the school parking lot, for American Hammers x 20.

The hackling would not cease, as we had completed 75 Calf Raises at the start of the workout, the PAX wanted the full 100, so we finished where it all began…. 25 calf raises OYO.

It was a fun-filled morning on the Island. Beautiful, clear skies with the sunrise coming up over the ocean. PAX were full of energy, and the mumble chatter through the whole workout was top notch! It was such an honor to lead these HIM’s… or get peer pressured by them… regardless, it was a good beatdown.

Prayers for this country, the election, and may we remember that we are all united. We must show love, grace and compassion for one another, regardless of political affiliation or belief.

It was time to close things out and make a fast dash to Baywatch to complete the Cannonball Run! 8 PAX made the journey and completed the challenge (Seahorse, Beauty, NAPA, Duck boat, Hush Money, Hush Puppy, Sooner and YHC)
