The Thang: We moseyed to the beach for a Billy Madison beatdown. Just like Billy, we had 12 grades to get through. Each grade = an exercise of 12 reps. The grades were cumulative, i.e. 12th grade required pax to perform all 11 previous exercises plus 12th grade for 144 total reps. In between each grade, we ran up the street and over to the next street. Our grades were as follows:
- 1st – Squats
- 2nd – LBCs
- 3rd – Merkins
- 4th – Lunges
- 5th – Big Boy Situps
- 6th – Shoulder Press
- 7th – Wojo/Jump Squats
- 8th – Crunchy Frog
- 9th – Incline Merkins
- 10th – Apollo Ono
- 11th – Superman
- 12th – Burpees

COT: Prayers – Smog’s dad is having neck surgery and loss of mobility. Sooner’s MIL and FIL’s relationship and strength for MIL to continue providing care for FIL.

Moleskin: I almost fartsacked my Q this morning. I woke up to my alarm going off at 5:12 as I must have hit snooze a few times. No worries though, I planned my beatdown the night before and squeaked into the parkinglot right at 0530. We had the usual cast of suspects this morning and the mumblechatter was good. We got in roughly a 5k along with out beatdown. Strong work pax! As always, it’s my pleasure and my honor to Q.
