Blimps and Bombs

Warm-o-Rama: Gravel pickers x 20 IC, SSH x 20 IC, 5 burpees OYO

The Thang: We moseyed to the bball courts at WB park and partnered up to drop BOMBS. Similar to Dora, wherein partners cumulatively knock out reps. Pax 1 shuffled around the bball court while pax 2 performed the exercise of choice. Our exercises were 50- Burpees / 100- Overhead Claps / 150- Merkins / 200- Big Boy Sit-ups / 250- Squats.

Random Mary until all pax finished.

We moseyed over to the parking lot to perform BLIMPS across the parking lot and back. Each round of BLIMPS consisted of 5 burpees, 10 lunge each leg, 15 imperial walker, 20 merkins, 25 plank jacks, 30 squats.

We moseyed back to the AO for COT.
