AO: OGAO – aka Long Leaf Park

7 pax met in the early morning gloom of Long Leaf Park. While other workout groups were making the rounds, we were definitely missing some pax who chose to recover the Ghost Flag. Since YHC forgot he signed up to Q, we were gonna move on the fly.
So after I recited the mission, the 5 core principles and disclaimer, we warmed up.
Then we took off to Freedom Way stopping at each speed bump for 10 reps of an exercise, 10 seconds of high knees and 5 burpees. We covered 7 speed bumps. Exercises included:
Wide arm merkins
We arrived at the pull up bars. 3 rounds of:
10 pull ups, 10 derkins, run to Goose Poop Island and do 10 box jumps, or 20 step ups (10 each leg).
Then, YHC got really crazy and led a short round of BROGA. I don’t even know what exactly we did, but it looked like yoga and felt like stretching.
Slow mosey back to the AO. There were prayer requests but because I waited until Sunday afternoon to type this up, I forgot what we prayed for.
