The Thang: Tabata bodyweight beatdown. We performed 9 different exercises, with each exercise performed for 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Our 9 exercises were:

- Crunchy Frogs
- Apollo Ono
- Dips
- Calf Raises
- Single-leg squat
