What’s the Tabata with You?

Warmorama: Windmill x 10 IC, Seal Claps x 20 IC, Bonnie Blairs x 10 IC, and Tempo Merkins x 10 IC

The Thang: Tabata bodyweight beatdown. We performed 9 different exercises, with each exercise performed for 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Our 9 exercises were:

  1. Merkins
  2. Groiners
  3. WoJo Squats
  4. Carolina Dry Docks
  5. Crunchy Frogs
  6. Apollo Ono
  7. Dips
  8. Calf Raises
  9. Single-leg squat
