The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
1. Workouts are always free
2. Are open to all men
3. Held outdoors (or Virtual during a pandemic), rain or shine, heat or cold
4. Lead by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification needed.
5. End with a COT
To celebrate YHC new full time career as a director for the travel soccer club in town, we broke out the soccer balls for a futbol beatdown!
Warm-O-Rama:
Good Morning X 15, Hillbillies X 15, Copperhead Squats X 15, and Shoulder Taps X 15
PAX then each received a fresh and new New Balance (my clubs sponsor) soccer ball and moseyed over the the large parking lot adjacent from AO.
THANG: Soccer Ball-Blackjack Style-4 Corners
1 Exercise at each corner. PAX complete laps around completing exercises in reps of 7, 14, 21, back down to 14, and 7.
Exercise 1: American (Soccer Ball) Hammers
Exercise 2: Overhead (Soccer Ball) Squats
Exercise 3: Big Boy (Soccer Ball) Sit Ups
Exercise 4: Alternating hand on (Soccer Ball) Merkins
On traveling the long distances between corners, PAX ran with hold the ball over-head. On traveling the shorter distance, PAX held ball over head still but lunge walked in reverse.
THANG 2: Cirlce-O-Squat/ #ShieldLockFriday
PAX moseyed back to AO. Upon arrival, PAX circled back up. Each PAX then got a turn to share something in their life that they either are defined by or want to be defined by. Example: YHC now has a full time soccer position for a career, which can then be used to define who I am and take up a majority of my time. Many great thoughts were shared.
While each PAX shared, every PAX completed soccer ball squats until completion. Lots and lots of squats.
COT:
YHC is so blessed and thankful for the opportunity to start a new career path doing something I love. F3 has been an amazing support system with many PAX constantly praying for me and encouraging me. Prayers for everyone to have a safe weekend.
