Well, I wouldn’t call it a mountain, but it was the best I could do on short notice. After Hahvahd finished stretching we commenced with the free beatdown.
- Little Baby Arm Circles x 20
- Squats x 10
- 5 Burpees OYO
- Gravel Pickers x 10 IC
- 5 Burpees OYO
Mosey to the tennis courts parking lot for the Thang.
Burp Back Mountain – partner up as partner one moseys around the lake, runs backwards up the hill to relieve partner 2 who had been doing burpees. We did this for five rounds each.
11’s – Perform Carolina Dry Docks and bear crawl to other end of the parking lot for ATM’s (alternating shoulder tap, tempo merkin, and mountain climber) for a total of 11 reps each round. What a sweat-fest and complete disregard for good hygiene.
Iron Hulk – We circled up and performed merkins and air presses in a 1:4 ratio up to 10 merkins and 40 air press. Pushing air never sucked so bad.
Canoe x 10.
Prayers to Caliseaum’s son who has been on the front lines protecting us the past four days!
If Butter Knife is the benchmark for the difficulty of a workout, then today’s free workout was a good one. I’m pretty sure I saw him take a few extra breaths and one drop of perspiration on his brow.
Sporky, great job out there this morning!
Great seeing Pony Express and Doubtfire back in the gloom.
Nice F2 afterward at Jimbo’s with Busted Grill, Hahvahd, and Jiffy Pop.
Does anybody think my hair would look good in a bun?
We’re leaders in our community. Let’s go out there today and make a difference!
Proud to lead,
