The Thang: We moseyed through the playground and parking lot to reach the first speed bump by the skate park. From there we proceeded to do 3 burpees at each speed bump and run to the next speed bump. At the entrance to the park, we partnered up for a little catch me if you can. Our exercise was 3 burpees as we made our way back to the FIA parking lot. We switched partners and did a catch me if you can lap around the outer loop. We finished back at the AO for COT and 10 more burpees to ensure we all got to 100.
