Run the loop.  Every Speed Bump do 5 BURPEES.  – Hold Al Gore for the 6 at each speed bump. (11 speed bumps = 55 Burpees) End at the Tennis Court.

10 Burpees, 20 Merkins, 30 Lunges, 40 Arm Haulers (lying on your stomach and hands toughing ahead of you and you bring them back and touch your side and then back up in front of head.. never touching the ground)
