Warmarama: Mosey to NH Library parking deck. 20x IC SSH, 20x IC Gravel Pickers, 20x IC Imperial Walkers
The Thang: Parking deck escalator: Level one 10 burpees, Level two 20 Merkins, Level three 20 V-ups, Level four 30 Flutterkicks, Level five 20 “Plankups” or “Mahktar N’ Diayes.” Start at level one, work up to level 5, rinse and repeat each level exercise on the way back down to the bottom and top until all five floors are covered. Mosey to CFCC deck.
Mini-threesome-DORA: 100x Merkins, 150 Squats. Each PAX takes turns sprinting up the stairs of the CFCC staff deck while the other two PAX do the exercises. We then finished out with some LBC mary. Mosey back to AO.
