PAX: BTB, 8-Penny, Overbite, Gen-Ex, Snap-on, Zuckerberg, Flounder, Butter Knife, Steak Knives, and Dixie Chick.
Steak Knives finally gets his name on the oar. It took almost 3 months and 31 workouts. Congrats Brother!!!! Why he wore jeans to a workout, I have no idea.
WARM-UP:
- Seal Clap x 20 IC
- 10 Burpees OYO
- Hillbillies x 20 IC
- 10 Burpees OYO
- Gravel Pickers x 20 IC
Mosey to Beach.
THE THANG:
Serpentine to Johnnie Mercers Pier.
Pax performed 10 Burpees and 20 LBC’s every other access way until they made it to the pier.
At the pier, we paired up and made our way up the ramp.
Round 1 – Pack one did Bodybuilders (Burpee with plank jack) while pack 2 ran to the water, performed 5 Carolina Dry Docks, ran back to the ramp, and bear crawled to the top to switch off with pack 1. Each pack did 3 rounds.
Round 2 – We switched bodybuilders with Captain Thors.
We did an Indian run back to the initial access way.
Burpee lunge walk to the first car and mosey back to the flag.
