PAX: YHC (HushPuppy), Kix, & Steak Knives
Warm-Up: Side Straddle Hop x 30, Imperial Walkers x 20, CopperHead Squat x 10, Gravel Pickers x 20
This workout was originally created to be a team showdown @ Battleground. But due to low numbers, we just decided to crush the beatdown TOGETHER!!!!!
Each portion of the workout was split into 8 minute intervals. Each interval, the PAX completed as many of the assigned exercise. At the end of each interval they would add their number together to get the total! While 2 PAX would exercise, the other PAX had to complete a keg carry around one of the road loops and back. PAX would switch off after each completed keg carry.
Exercises completed during each interval: Merkins, Squats, LBCs, & Flutter Kicks.
STRONG WORK by Kix and Steak Knives for absolutely smashing the workout with YHC. I want to try this workout again for sure! Hopefully some brave STUDS will join us next time!
