The Thang: We moseyed to the skate park parking lot for a 7 of Diamonds beatdown. Our 4 exercises were Squats, Merkins, American Hammer, and LBCs. We performed some random Mary while waiting on the 6.

We then moseyed to the playground parking lot for a mini-Dora consisting of 50 burpees, 100 Merkins and 150 Squats. Random Mary while waiting on the 6. We moseyed back to the flag for COT.

COT: 10 Count’s patches will make their debit at Thursday Thunder. The advisory council meeting is tonight at Brewer’s Kettle at 1830.
