  • lunge walk to 1st speed bump
    • 100 Superman’s
    • 20 burpees
  • bear crawl to 2nd speed bump
    • 100 sumo squats
    • 20 burpees
  • wheel barrow around the median to the 3rd speed bump
    • 100 mountain climbers (4 count)
    • 20 burpees
  • crawl bear to 4th speed bump
    • 100 tuck jumps
    • 20 burpees
  • reverse lunge walk to end
    • 100 burpees
  • mary while we wait for the six
  • mosey to the small bridge for DORA
    • partner runs across bridge and back
    • 50 – squat jumps
    • 100 – oblique LBC’s
    • 150 – big boy sit ups
  • keep going on big boy sit ups while we wait for the six
  • mosey back to the AO
