Warm-o-rama: Windmill x 10 IC, SSH x 20 IC, Bolt 45s OYO, Merkins x 15 IC
The Thang: We moseyed down to WB Park for the beatdown. We partnered up at the basketball court for a Doracide beatdown. This consisted of 4 exercises: 100 Merkins, 200 American Hammer, 300 squats, and 400 LBCs. Partner 1 performed the exercise while partner 2 did a shuttle run from the baseline to the 3pt line and back, halfway and back, far 3pt line and back, and far baseline and back before flapjacking.
We then proceeded over to the monkey bars for a pull up and monkey bar circuit. For round 1, pax had their hands on the outside of the bars and traversed both sets of bar. For round 2, each pax had their hands on the outside of the bars but did a pull up every 3rd bar. For round 3, we did mountain climber pullups down both sets of bars. Pax performed 50 squats between each circuit.
Then we moseyed back to the basketball court for team tug of war with the battle rope. We moseyed back to the AO for 6 minutes abs.
