Picking up and putting down heavy things

Warm-o-rama: Windmill x 15, Copperhead Squats x 20 IC, Moroccan Nightclub x 20 IC, Stretch OYO

The Thang: We cycled through a station rotation twice, with the kettlebell swings as our timer. Our stations were: KB front squats, Atlas Stone shoulder press, curls, battle rope, Atlas Stone squats, weighted step ups, kettlebell swings, assorted Mary, tricep extension, and slam ball.

Next we circled up the coupons for a circle of death rotation with the slam ball in the middle as our timer performing 10 reps. We rotated around the circle a few times rotating between curls, shoulder press, squats and tricep extension.

We finished with Pax delight Mary.

COT: Prayers for our schools and, especially, the male teachers who are receiving additional scrutiny because of the bad acts of a few. Strong work by all!
