Demonstration of running technic.

Started on the little bear loop.  Start with running technic, 10 on each leg, the run ¼ mile picking up the pace as you go.  Do this 4 times completing the little bear loop.

Gathered at the first speed bump
2 forward/1 back
–       Jog to first speed bump, pick up pace to 2nd speed bump, back peddle one speed bump.   Continue this all the way to the baseball fields.  It was like watching grass grow.
