The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
- Workouts are always free
- Are open to all men
- Held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
- Lead by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification needed.
- End with a COT.

Das Loop Indian Run with bricks around across City Trail to big parking lot. Stop at backside of tennis courts and at River to the Sea Bikeway for Mary
Stop 1: 5 Build a Burpees and back down.
Stop 2: Captain Thurkin
Spilt into two groups:
Group 1 runs a lap around the parking lot
Group 2 does brick exercises AMRAP:
Round 1: Overhead press
Round 2: Lateral Arm Raisers
Round 3: Chest Press
Round 4: Front Arm Raises
Switch Roles when the runner gets back to the brick workout. Do 2 full circuits.

COT: prayers for Hello Kitty’s dad during his recovery from heart surgery. Prayers to those fighting and dealing with the coronavirus. Watch over Mayhem’s friend Josh and guide him back to being a HIM.
