Mosey around parking lot to picnic shelter (soundtrack: Cherry Pie – Warrant)
Thang #2:
Keep same partners for Dora 2.0 – 100 step-ups, 200 dips, 300 LBC’s; Partner 1 works through exercises, while Partner 2 runs outer parking lot loop around to playground, does 5 Incline Merkins, and returns to swap (soundtrack: When I come Around – Green Day, Song 2 – Blur, Man in the Box – Alice in Chains, Lump – The Presidents of The United States of America)
Once Tom Sawyer finished his inspection of Empie’s facilities, we mosey long way ’round back to AO (soundtrack: Possum Kingdom – Toadies)
Few minutes remain so – 15 second Low Plank Ring of Fire (all pax in low plank until each pax has counted to 15 – some pax’ clocks ran faster than others…)
Flutter Kicks led by Havahad – something like 500 four-count reps that left the Pax in agony and awe of his Ab-mazing Ivy League Ab-ilities
COT: Praise for the ability to work out; Prayers for those not out there with us; Praise for a great 2019 and Prayers for a great 2020; Prayers for Big Sky & family as they continue to navigate life without their son; Prayers for Mayhem, and all of those whose lives were touched and impacted, as they deal with the loss of a former Young Life Leader and friend from Taylor, GA, who lost his battle with cancer; Prayers for the continued growth and leadership of F3; Prayers for Seahorse’s close friend (and his 12 year old son) who lost his 32 year-old wife (and Mom) to brain cancer earlier this year, as they try to find their new normal
