Once Tom Sawyer finished his inspection of Empie’s facilities, we mosey long way ’round back to AO (soundtrack: Possum Kingdom – Toadies)

Few minutes remain so – 15 second Low Plank Ring of Fire (all pax in low plank until each pax has counted to 15 – some pax’ clocks ran faster than others…)

Flutter Kicks led by Havahad – something like 500 four-count reps that left the Pax in agony and awe of his Ab-mazing Ivy League Ab-ilities

COT: Praise for the ability to work out; Prayers for those not out there with us; Praise for a great 2019 and Prayers for a great 2020; Prayers for Big Sky & family as they continue to navigate life without their son; Prayers for Mayhem, and all of those whose lives were touched and impacted, as they deal with the loss of a former Young Life Leader and friend from Taylor, GA, who lost his battle with cancer; Prayers for the continued growth and leadership of F3; Prayers for Seahorse’s close friend (and his 12 year old son) who lost his 32 year-old wife (and Mom) to brain cancer earlier this year, as they try to find their new normal

Always a pleasure and honor!

Till next time – Giddy up,
