12 pax joined me on a beautiful winter morning downtown for boxing lessons at the battleship.

Alternate front and Backward run to the top , when you get to the top go back for the six

At the top

Bear crawl one length go back for the six

Lunge walk one length go back for the six

Run to wailing wall

Balls to the wall , hold while everyone takes turns doing 5 inverted merkins.

Run to embassy hotel

Escalations at Embassy park – merkins, Bobby Hurleys, sumo squats , Freddie Mercurys

Run to waterfront for sets of dips and incline merkins

Run to Ballast Park for Broga
