PAX: Hooch, RX, Cookie, Rawhide, OSHA, Cookout, Tubbs, Hoozier Daddy, Lightning, and YHC.

Warmorama: 25 SSH, 12 Toy soldiers, 20 Seal Claps

The Thang: Tabata workout with kettle bells. 10 stations(KB swing, behind the head tricept curls, goblet squat, sholder press, lunge press, curls, clean & press, KB hold overhead squat, Merkins, and LBCs). Preform the stations exercise for 40 seconds rest for 20 second. Repeat for 3 rounds then rotate to next station. Each PAX completed all stations. With 10 minutes to spare we took a light mosey as a cool down.


Chuckles had his baby and everyone is healthy.
