Warm Up: SSH x 50 (IC), Tappity Taps x 20 (IC), Imperial Walkers x 30 (IC), and Circle Plank Ten Count (stretch the calves).
The Thang: Indian Run around the Busted Grill Loop, 10 Burpees at Riegel. Then mosey down Walton to parking deck. At the base of each incline excersize: Level 1 – 10 Merkins & 10 LBC’s, Level 2 – 20 Merkins & 20 LBC’s, Level 3 – 30 Merkins & 30 LBC’s, Level 4 – 40 Merkins & 40 LBC’s. In interest of time, we only did one circuit. Then ran down the deck and out to Chancellors Walk. We Paula Abdul’d our way down: 2 poles down – 2 burpees, 1 pole back – 5 squats. Had to audible in interest of time and switch to 4 poles down, 1 pole back with same exercises. Then mosey’d back to the Flag.
Mary: Dogwood led us with some Hello Dolly’s x 20 (IC).
COT: Sweater Vest took us out with prayers and praises.
