AO: Screaming Eagle
PAX: Hooch, Tea Party, Hoosier Daddy, Catamount, Soda Eh, Culture Shock, Tombstone, Cookie, Lightning, Chuckles
Warm up: 30 Seal Claps, 20 cotton pickers, 15 mountain climbers, and 10 (4 count) merkins.
The Thang: Moseyed over to the covered picnic area and did a round of 40’s. Started out with 30 dips and ran to the sidewalk and did 10 Bobby Hurley’s. We repeated by decreasing dips by 5 and increasing BH’s by 5 each time until 5 rounds were completed. We then moved over to a parking lot and did a modified version of The Cooper. We did 10 merkins, 10 LBC’s, and 10 squats to start out then ran to the other end of the parking lot and did 9 of each exercise previously stated. We kept going back and forth decreasing by 1 each time. The Cooper normally involves more running, but I know EPO will kill us Thursday at Affordable Thursday. We then stopped by the pull up bars and did 3 rounds of the following exercises: 5 Burpees, 10 Pull ups, and 15 Dips. On the way back, we stopped by the brick wall and did Balls to the wall with each of the 11 pax doing a 10 count. We finished with some Mary.
