Pre – Beatdown Three Mile EC: 10 Count, EOM, YHC

Cotton Pickers X 15 IC

Two line Indian Run to other playground parking lot via the road. YHC had the misfortune of running behind EOM who employeed turbo boosters without warning. (Mind you, we ran EC before the workout and no gas was expelled during this to my knowledge.)
Start on one side of the lot and perform 10 squat jumps. Run to the other side and perform 1 merkin. Rinse and repeat decreasing the number of squat jumps and increasing the number of merkins until it’s 1 jump squat and 10 merkins.
Short mosey to football field for Crazy Eights:
Start on sideline and perform 5 Burpees.
Run to opposite sideline and perform 5 Burpees and 10 Lunges (each leg).
Run back and add 15 Mountain Climbers.
Continue this pattern of running back and forth stacking exercises until the last set is:
10 Lunges each leg
15 Mountain Climbers
25 Flutter Kicks
40 Freddy Mercurys
Mosey back to the flag for Ring of Fire:
PAX hold plank while each PAX performs 8 merkins.
PAX hold Al Gore while each PAX performs 8 squats.
PAX hold boat while each PAX performs 8 American Hammers
