Mosey to benches by tennis shop for 20 dips and 20 step-ups OYO
Mosey to back parking lot for circuit at lot corners of Carolina Dry Dock x 10; LBC x 20; Bobby Hurleys x 30; and Flutter Kicks (2 count) x 40. Run lot long sides, lunge walk short sides.
Mosey to Cross-City Trail for exercises at each orange cone placed periodically along the trail to the Rainbow Bridge behind Flying Machine Brewery (Brewery was closed). Add/stack a new exercise at each cone, drop/unstack an exercise at each cone on way back to AO. Exercises are BLIMPS: Burpees x 5; Lunges x 10 ea leg; Imperial Walkers x 15 ea leg; Merkins x 20; Plank Jax x 25; Squats x 30.
Bonus: Circle up for Mary on Rainbow Bridge of Heels to Heaven x 20; American Hammers x 15 and sunrise viewing.
