Pax: 9- Blade, Special K, Crockett, 8 Penny, Rhombus, Crepe Face, Doubtfire, Pony Express

The Thang: MARSOC= Marine Corps Special Operations Command

“Short card”

30 merkins, 30 squats, 30 crunches, 10 burpees, 10 windmills (2count), 30 merkins, 30 MC (2 count), 30 flutter kicks, 10 burpees, 10 cotton pickers (4 count), 30 merkins, 30 SSH (4 count), 30 supermans, 10 burpees, 10 chain breakers (2 count), 30 merkins, 30 lunges (each leg), 30 hello dollys, 10 burpees, 10 american hammers (2 count), 3 sets of max dead-hang pull ups or dead hangs.

I broke the workout into 4 locations and Pax moseyed together to each. We got through 1.75 rounds, probably could have gotten through 2 rounds, but the Q was having trouble counting……..and breathing!!

Blackdog was there for moral support only.

COT: Prayers for Pax to reach out if in need and help keep each other accountable. Kids back in school and the craziness that is the school year.

While not as wise as the 168 years of experience on display at HMP this morning, it was an honor to lead and put the Pax through a badass Marine Corps workout. If you know a Marine (Spin Doctor) thank him for me.
