WARM UP:

  • SSH x 25 IC
  • Windmill x 20 IC
  • Moroccan Night Club – Sobriety Style x 50 IC

THE THANG:

  • mosey to the parking lot by the track for 11s:
    • curb jump burpees
    • run across parking lot
    • Mike Tysons
  • mary while we wait for the SIX
  • partner up at the track:
    • you and partner run opposite directions, every time you pass, stop and do 10 partner merkins
      • stations around the track:
        • 20 inverted mountain climbers at shelter
        • 10 pull ups at bars
        • 10 burpees at dark corner
        • 10 pull ups at workout station
        • 25 tricep extensions at rock pile
        • 10 v ups at parking lot
      • 3 laps total (each lap is roughly .35 miles)
  • finish any left over stations with your partner
  • mosey to the flag

COT/MOLESKINZ:

  • prayers for all students and teachers starting school soon!
  • prayers for all those affected by the recent shootings
  • prayers to Ugly and the M at the hospital awaiting the birth of their baby!
