- 10 big boy sit ups
- once the 5 rounds are completed: CASH OUT:
- 500 jump ropes
- run a lap around the pond
- everyone finish with the SIX
- pack up your rope and mosey to our old friend: FAITH HILL
- partner up for modified DORA:
- partner bear crawls (facing downward) down the hill, runs back up, flapjack
- reps are:
- 50- mountain climber merkins
- 100- oblique LBC’s
- 200- jump tucks
