Tenneyson Wnek(FNG) We originally named him Chattahoochee and then found out that name was already used. Through some mumblechatter during the day we came up with Triple T(Tall Tall Tree by Alan Jackson)
Warmorama: SSH IC x 20, Cottonpickers IC x 20, 10 Burpees OYO
The Thang: Partner up. Grab a kettlebell and walk to the end of the parking lot.
Partner 1 takes kettlebell and lunge walks towards the stop sign. Partner 2 runs to the stop sign do 5 burpees and run back. Continue to flip flop until everyone is at the stop sign. Time for some DORA 1-2-3. PAX 1 does the exercise 100 Tricep Extensions, 200 Kettlebell curls, 300 Squat Press. PAX 2 runs to the pull-up bars do 5 pull-ups then runs back and flip flops. We head back towards the AO, stop at the first speed bump do 20 kettlebell swings, 20 merkins, 20 upright rows, and 20 LBC’s. Go to the second speed bump and repeat.
