PAX: Watch Dog, Lightning, Laces Out (Raleigh), Hootie, Flamer, Cookie, Hoosier Daddy, Crockett, Hooch,, and YHC
Warmorama: 15 SSH, 15 Mountain Climbers, 20 Hill Billies, and mosey to speed bump road.
The Thang: Speed bump road is about a quarter a mile with 5 speed bumps. Each speed bump is an exercise. Exercises were plank jacks, merkins, LBC’s, Flutter Kicks (4 count), and Squats. Complete all 5 speed bumps and return to the beginning. Repeat with next round. Number of reps for each round: 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 so we decreased by 10 each round. When a PAX finished the round they were to pick up the 6 by doing the last exercises together. All rounds were finish together and started together. We finished 3 complete rounds and completed the round of 20 reps in reverse heading back up speed bump road. The round of 10 reps was completed through the parking lot of the AO.
