Warm Up:

SSH x 20 IC
Hill Billy x 20 IC
Imperial Walker x 20 IC
Copperhead Squats x 20 IC
Tempo Merksin x 20 IC
5 Burpees OYO after each exercise above – 25 total

THE THANG:

-Mosey around the parking the whole parking lot and butterfly park then end at the playground and partner up.
-Pull-Up Merkin Pyramid – Parnter 1 does 1 pull-up Partner 2 does 1 Merkin then switch, next round 2 of each up to 10 then back down to 1. This adds up to 100 pull-up and 100 merkins per partner.
-Plankorama while everyone finishes
-Let’s mosey the outer loop for a merkin/WW II ladder – stopping at each bench starting with 1 of each. At the last bench we were at 10 of each and also out of time!

COT/Moleskin:

-Praise for letting us all get better today and for all of those men that have not found us yet!
-Prayer’s for YHC and YHC’s M as we are in the final countdown for Baby Camp’s arrival!
