4 Corners & 5 Laps

Corner 1: 10 Bobby Hurley’s, run to Corner 2.

Corner 2: 10 Merkins, run to Corner 3.

Corner 3: 10 Squats, run to Corner 4.

Corner 4: 10 Wide Arm Merkins, run back to Corner 1.

Rinse & Repeat x 5

Corner 1: 50 SC Flutter Kicks, OYO

Corner 2: 50 SC Hello Dolly’s, OYO

Corner 3: 50 SC American Hammers, OYO.

Corner 4: 50 SC Freddie Mercury’s, OYO

All pax run to hard sand near surf.

From blue barrel to blue barrel – about 75 – 100 yards.

Burpee, 3 lunges, burpee, 3 lunges…..until you get to far blue barrel.

All pax get in the surf to waist deep.

Share what you did on Father’s Day.  All pax have 2 kids – lots of hanging out with the family on Father’s Day.

COT/Moleskin:
