Warm-o-rama: Seal Claps x 20 IC, Copperhead Squats x 20 IC, Tempo Merkins x 20 IC
The Thang: We performed an Indian Run to the Beach and paired up for a Surfee Dora. We performed 100 Merkins, 200 Squats, and 300 Aqua Mans (a Superman in the surf) in the surf while our partner ran from the surf to the high tide line, did 3 Burpees, and ran back.
After Dora was completed, we did a 3 round cycle between cones consisting of: Bear Crawl to 2nd cone, Crab Walk to 3rd cone, do 5 Merkins, sprint back to 1st cone.
Then we split into teams of 6 for a good ol’ tug of war with the battle Rope. Each team played twice with winners playing winners and losers playing losers. After tug of war we took a mosey to the ocean for a quick cool down session.
We moseyed back to the cones for another 3 round circuit of: Army Crawls to the 2nd cone, Bear Crawls to the 3rd cone, perform 5 burpees, sprint back to the 1st cone.
We did a final cool down session in the ocean, moseyed back for shoes and equipment, and ran back to the AO.
COT/Moleskine: Praises for Bandwagon’s M who recently was hired on for a new career-type of job after being laid off a year ago. Prayers for our military being deployed and for those already in harm’s way. We’re still raising money for a 2nd F3 Powered Ainsley’s Angels chariot so come out to the wing-a-thon at Buffalo wild wings next Saturday, June 22. The F3 Cape Fear 5th Anniversary block party is tonight off Warlick Drive starting at 1800. I am proud to call y’all my brothers and I’m very thankful for F3. Strong work today, boys! Who’s motivated!?!?
