The Thang: We performed an Indian Run to the Beach and paired up for a Surfee Dora. We performed 100 Merkins, 200 Squats, and 300 LBCs in the surf while our partner ran from the surf to the high tide line, did 3 Burpees, and ran back.
After Dora was completed, we did a 3 round cycle between cones consisting of: Bear Crawl to 2nd cone, Crab Walk to 3rd cone, sprint back to 1st cone and perform 5 Merkins.
Then we split into teams of 3 for a good ol’ tug of war with the battle Rope. Each team played twice with winners playing winners and losers playing losers. After tug of war we took a mosey to the ocean for a quick cool down session.
We moseyed back to the cones for another 3 round circuit of: Army Crawls to the 2nd cone, Bear Crawls to the 3rd cone, sprint back to the 1st cone and perform 5 Surfees. We did some Mary until everyone completed the exercise.
We did one final 6v6 tug of war with Stouffer’s claiming the title of best team anchor! His new name should be Chevy because he’s like a rock! We did a final cool down session in the ocean, moseyed back for shoes and equipment, and did an Indian Run back to the AO.
COT/Moleskine: Today was my 1yr F3 Anniversary. This time a year ago, I was struggling my way through a Tenenbaum-led beatdown at #f3Stingray. A year later, I’m down over 20 pounds, ran a half marathon, signed all the boards (including 50/10 today), and I’m on my Law and Oarder Tour. T-Claps to Stouffers for running 7mi today, which is the longest distance he’s ever run. It’s a far cry from his FNG post when he splashed Merlot. Strong work by R-X and Stouffers on completing the 50/10 challenge as well. I’m proud to call y’all my brothers and I’m very thankful for F3. Strong work today, boys! Who’s motivated!?!?
