Warm-Up: 30 Seal Claps, 20 Cotton Pickers, 20 Moroccan Night Clubs

The Thang: Moseyed through the parking lot around the corner and over to the picnic shelter. We proceeded to run the square doing an escalator workout. We did 10 (4 count) Mountain Climbers at the picnic shelter. We ran to the corner and did the Mountain Climbers and added 20 LBC’s. Ran to the next corner, did the MC’s, LBC’s, and added 30 Squats. Then at the 4th corner we added 40 overhead claps to the 3 previous exercises. We rinsed and repeated.

We then moseyed over to the middle school parking lot and bear crawled to the 5th cone and performed 20 merkins. Then we bear crawled to the curb and did 20 merkins. The speed demons held plank until the six finished.

Next we moved on to Flamer’s wall and did 20 dips and 20 step ups. We finished by doing balls to the wall with 10 push ups o.y.o. We moseyed back to the flags for the COT and naming the FNG.

COT: FNG Spence is now known as WiFi. He did amazing on his first day. Thanks to the PAX for encouraging him and each other. It’s always a pleasure to lead and hang out with you guys.
