-Mosey north to speed bump lane for an ascending ladder
-Sprint to first speed bump – 10 Burpees
-Sprint to next speed bump – 10 Burpees, 20 Merkins
-End fourth round with 10 Burpees, 20 Merkins, 30 LBCs, 40 Squats
-Plankorama for the six.
Mosey to the football field and gather at the pull-up bars for Nickels and Dimes.
-5 Pull-ups then 10 Merkins – 5 rounds as fast as possible then take a lap around the track
-Repeato 5 more rounds to end with 50 Pull-ups and 100 merkins
-End with another lap then Mary while we gather the 6.
We are out of time so swift mosey back to the flag
