15 batman buries (Merlin position and jump feet toward hands like the bottom part of a burpie)

The Thang: Mosey to the covering by the baseball fields. Partner up for a pyramid dora. Exercises were 100 plank Jack’s, 200 LBCs, 300 dips on the bench, 200 LBCs, 100 plank Jack’s. Partner 1 does the exercise and partner 2 runs one of the legs toward the parking lots or bridge. Swap positions and continue counting where partner 1 left off. Once you finished as partners you were to join the other PAX to complete their exercises.

Mosey to pull up bars by the track. Same partners. Partner 1 completes 5 pull ups while partner 2 completes squats. Rotate through for about 5 minutes. Mosey back to the flags.

We had 2 minutes to spare, so it was a perfect time to complete some sprints. Formed 2 lines of 7 PAX. 1 had to leave early leaving us with 14 PAX. PAX in front would sprint from one side of the parking lot and back then the next would take off. Had just enough time to complete 2 sprints.
