Get tractor tire and sledge hammer out of truck.
The Thang:
Mosey and roll tire around lake, over bridge and into field.
Dora:
100 tire flips
200 sit down squats
300 incline/decline merkins on tire.
Running PAX runs up the stairs and back down.
Triangle relief system
1st Pax runs stairs
2nd Pax does accumulative routine
3rd Pax does an exercise using sledge hammer: shake weights, triceps, tire slams, etc…
Mosey and roll tire back.
