Warm UP
- 25x Side Saddle Hops IC
- 20x Cotton Pickers IC
- Cotton Picker position, stretching to the left, right, and middle.
The Thang
- We’re going to split the ½ mile loop in two with a workout stop on each end…
Set 1 = .25 mile Run. Merkins 25x OYO
Set 2 = .25 mile Run. Flutter Kicks 25x OYO
Set 3 = .25 mile Run. Squats 25x OYO
Set 4 = .25 mile Run. LBCs 25x OYO
After completing the 4th set all those who had finished circled back to grab the Six and completed the remaining reps together with those that were in the back. We’re all together again. Let’s do some more….
Set 5 = .25 mile Run. Merkins 25x OYO
Set 6 = .25 mile Run. Box Cutters 25x OYO
Set 7 = .25 mile Run. Bobby Hurleys 25x OYO
Set 8 = .25 mile Run. Crunchy Frogs 25x OYO
After completing the 8th set all those who had finished circled back to grab the Six again and completed the remaining reps together with those that were in the back. The boys in Leland brought it today and we’re done with 15 mins remaining and the Q needs some more exercises. Let’s do some Q school….
