The Thang

  • Let’s Mosey around Carolina Beach in the rain…

We ran 3.25 miles this morning constantly circling back to grab the Six so no one is left behind.  Congrats to Crunchy for completed a 5k on his second day at F3 a personal best for him.

COT

  • Soft Launch of F3 Topsail will be May 11th and Hard Launch will be May 18th at Hampstead’s Kiwanis Park.

Rx took us out leading the prayer. Thank you to gentlemen for helping me get stronger and learning to lead the way
