Sometimes you just need a little cowbell to get you through a workout. Thanks to the band “Loverboy” we got that and some more as 15 PAX made their way through some circuit training on a perfect Monday morning.
- Side Straddle Hop x 20 IC
- Cotton Pickers x 20 IC
- Copperhead Squats x 20 IC
- Quick mosey around the loop
10 station circuit training – The PAX made it through the circuit twice!
Lunge Shoulder Press – Once the PAX returned from their lunges we all rotated stations
The “Perfect Pushup” – Man’s greatest cultural achievement made another showing
Captain Thors – Some big boy sit-ups and American Hammers
Tricep Press – Not sure how else to explain this and be funny at the same time
Upright Rows – It was this or the Thigh Master
Brick Bear Crawl – You wouldn’t think that crawling with a few bricks would burn, it does
Exercise Rope – Throwing a real manly rope up and down burns as well
Deadlift – There was a lot of grunting at this station
Burp and Merks – Burpees with ascending merkins
Lawnmowers – Good old Rows to finish up
American Hammer x 20
Freddy Mercury x 20
Hello Dolly x 20
Boxcutter x 20
Congrats to all the PAX that ran the marathon last weekend, great accomplishment!
Nice seeing Blade and Snap-On back in the gloom!
Thanks for stopping by Cut Me Mick (Raleigh)….I love that name.
Wapner and SOL run a marathon on Saturday and still showed up today, impressive!
Mayhem ate 36 wings for charity….and a blooming onion, seven layer cake, large chocolate milk, and a cup of hot fat. In all seriousness, that’s a lot of wings. Congrats!
Always a privilege to lead!
