Arm Circles x 15 IC (Each way)
PAX moseyed around the loop at HBP, stopping at each bench along the way for some extra enjoyment. Every 4 benches we cycled through:
20 merkins OYO
20 Step ups OYO
20 WW2 Situps OYO
50 Airpress while wall squating
Completing one exercise at each bench, finishing our mosey at the back patio.
There we did 11s
Decline merkins–> Bear crawl across–> Vups –> deep walking lunges back to decline merkins, then we moseyed back to the AO.
At the AO we concluded with 10 burpees OYO followed by a little plank yoga cooldown/mary

To my Uncle, may the medicine he is currently taking keep him comfortable as he finishes his battle with Pancreatic cancer. Be with family members as well over this time as the battle comes to an end.
