PAX: 8penny, Franks, Tombstone, RX, Crocket, Flight Nurse, Tiny Tank, Hootie
Today officially kicks off my month of madness where I truly get the privilege of leading High IMPACT Men every day for an entire month. Today was quite special as the gloom was almost perfect, and the amazing surprised visit by Flight Nurse down south, and did I mention he was wearing a ruck!! #Beastmode
- 30 SSH 4Count
- 20 Cotton pickers
- 20 Merkins 4Count
- 20 Mountain Climbers 4Count
That’s enough warmup let’s get it on!
Indian run to Flamers wall for a little DORA.
- 50 Step Ups
- 100 DERKINS
- 150 American Hammers
- 200 Flutter kicks SC
While partner 1 is preforming the exercise partner 2 sprints to and from the sidewalk. Once partner 2 returns he picks up the count and exercise from partner 1 and partner 2 takes off to the sidewalk. Rinse and repeat until every repetition is performed.
- 20 Dips 4Count on Flamer’s wall just to make sure we got our money’s worth.
Indian Run to the pull up bars for a little more fun.
- 10 PULL UPS
- 20 DIPS
- 30 MERKINS
YHC only competed 3 rounds but could barely lift my arms after “such a deep BURN”. There was talk about Tombstone being on his sixth round of this spectacular event, but the judges might have been mistaken.
Mosey back to Speed bump road for a little more fun.
- Preform 5 burpees OYO on every speed bump on the way back to the flag.
As always I pressed the clock pretty close and had to modify the last event to make sure we made it to COT on time.
Prayer request for the family of Crocket’s neighbor who currently has heart issues and in the hospital.
Miracles in motion this weekend if you have any spare time take the M and 2.0’s to this great event.
Prayers for all the men and women in uniform.
As always it’s a privilege to lead!
