EXTRA CREDIT:

  • 7 PAX ran 3 miles for the real workout start

WARM UP:

  • as promised, not much time for a warm up
    • SSH x 20 IC

THE THANG:

  • mosey to the pond and partner up.
  • Partners will run in opposite directions around the pond
    • three laps
  • as they pass each other, stop for 5 partner burpees
  • stop at stations:
    • shelter for dips x 20
    • pull up bars x 10
    • dark corner for V-ups x 20
    • exercise center for pull ups x 10
    • rock pile for Lion Kings x 20
  • Mary while we wait for the SIX
  • stay with partners for DORA 1-2-3:
    • run the bleachers and back
    • 100 – decline merkins
    • 200 – mountain climbers on park bench
    • 300 – wooly worms
  • mary while we wait for the SIX
  • mosey to the flag and circle up for:
    • circle burp
